Fitness Consultation and Assessment
New members must attend 2 fitness inductions
on the fitness equipment. Fully qualified staff will take you through
the equipment step by step, pointing out safe use, healthy tips to
aid your healthy living lifestyle and developing your Synergy Fitness
personal workout programme.
New equipment includes gas assisted Easy Line equipment providing resistance on both push and pull motions, full iPod connectivity, allowing you to watch your favourite videos and movies while you work out, as well as having Trixter Xdream interactive bikes that mirror your movement, pace and direction on a built in screen. Plus much, much more besides!
TechnoGym
TechnoGym is
a fantastic motivational tool that adds an amazing level of depth to
the overall fitness experience. Users will each be given a personal
Wellness Key that logs them into their individual training programme.
Via the screen attached to the equipment, TechnoGym can then coach
users throughout their workouts. This is a remarkable new programme to
individually track, monitor and improve members' performance, technique
and fitness.
Personal Entertainment System
Enjoy
your cardio workout with the pleasures of being able to listen to your
own choice of TV or radio channels, with 12 channels to choose from.
Earphones can be purchased from reception. Available at all gyms.

Our fitness suite is IFI accredited
The Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI) is a programme that supports the fitness industry to become more inclusive, catering for the needs of disabled and non-disabled people alike. The IFI aims to tackle the physical, communication and cultural barriers facing disabled people when using fitness facilities.
