Hosting a 33m swimming pool, toddlers' splash pool, as well as a teaching pool to cater for our extensive Aquatics swimming lesson programme. Technogym Wellness is a fantastic motivational tool that adds an amazing level of depth to the overall fitness experience. This is a remarkable new programme to individually track, monitor and improve members' performance, technique and fitness. Plus we have personal entertainment systems allowing you to listen to your choice of TV/radio whilst you work out, or even connect your ipod and watch all your favourite movies while you train; aerobics studio, sunbeds, cafe and a revolutionary Kinesis Studio and Power Plate zone.
