Your Guide to Online Booking
Who Can Book and How Far in Advance?
The facility is open to Platinum Plus/Platinum members who can book 8 days in advance and Standard Members who can book 7.
What Activities Can I Book?
Group exercise classes, Personal Programmes, Squash (Lancing Manor only) and Tennis courts can be booked for both Lancing Manor and Southwick clubs.
What Information Will I Require To Make A Booking?
Your ‘login and personal password’. These can be obtained from reception, alternatively click here stating your name and membership number and we will email your ‘login and personal password’.
How Do I Book?
Just visit https://www.impulseleisurebookings.co.uk
- A screen will appear asking you to ‘select your location’. From the drop down menu please choose the site you
wish to make the booking at, then press ‘Go’.
- The ‘Welcome’ screen will appear asking for your ‘login and personal password’. Just enter the details and press
‘login’.
- From the calendar that appears choose the date that you wish to make the booking for. On the website this is
labelled ‘Step 1’. There is also a box on this page that allows you to update your email address.
- On the next screen select an activity. By clicking on the ‘I’ icon by the side of an activity you can view a brief
description or notes. On the website this is labelled ‘Step 2.’
- An interim screen will appear saying ‘processing your request. Please wait.’ When the ‘Step 3’ screen opens
choose the correct time and press ‘Book’.
- The same ‘processing your request. Please wait’ interim screen will appear. The ‘Step 4 Confirm Booking’ screen
will open, click ‘Book’. This reserves your place. The ‘processing your request. Please wait’ screen will appear
one last time then open to a ‘Booking Confirmed’ screen. At this point details of your booking is sent to your email
address.
Cancelling A Booking
Should you need to cancel a booking please do so in line with the appropriate cancellation policy.
- On https://www.impulseleisurebookings.co.uk - Details of the booking will appear. In the actions column choose
the bin icon.
- A new screen will open asking you to confirm you wish to cancel, choose ‘Confirm’.
- A screen will appear stating ‘The Booking has been cancelled successfully.’
If An Activity Is Full?
- When ‘Step 3 Select A Time’ is reached instead of clicking ‘Book’ it will say ‘Wait’. The remainder of the procedure
is the same as above.
- If a place becomes available reception will call you so please ensure they have a number they are able to reach
you on.
