What is the ‘Wellness Key System’?
The Wellness key system is a revolutionary alternative to the traditional exercise card. Every user is issued with their own Wellness System Key, which can be used across all our clubs. This key provides users to view and follow their personal goals, exercise programmes and progress. When inserted into the fitness equipment, the machines start automatically and the user is presented with their very own personalised routine to follow. This revolutionary key will display every workout you’ve ever done and guide you through your workout, helping you to find your way around the equipment.

How do I check in?
Before you start your workout, always remember to check in using the ‘Wellness Expert’ which is located either side of the gym entrance, simply insert your Wellness key into the machine and you’re set to go!

How do I check out?
Once you have completed your workout programme session, view and save your workout at the Wellness Expert by checking out. Insert your key and press check out. Once your workout data is transferred, remove your key.

What information can I get from the system?
The Wellness Expert can:
- Display how many workouts you’ve done
- Display what durations and weights you’ve completed
- Keep a record of the calories you have accumulated
- Record any free-weight exercises
- Keep a record of the total distance you’ve travelled
- Display when you last attended the gym
- Let you send and receive messages
- Display videos or various exercises
