This sessions uses fun games and activities to help the children improve their fitness. Focusing on floor activities such as rolls, cartwheels, strength, flexibility; the children will get to work towards routines and sequences. For children 8-11 years

Our running & athletics class includes activities such as long distance running, sprinting, jumping and throwing. We aim to improve their ability in across all athletics skills such as sprinting, long distance running, jumping and throwing.The classes will develop fitness and stamina, teaching them suitable techniques for running, including running posture, use of arms, pace, foot placement and more.

LEARN TO SKATE AT SOUTHWICK

Come and learn the basic techniques of skating with a qualified instructor.

No music, no late entry - doors opens at 4.15pm with a 4.30pm start. Strictly no entry after 4.20pm

First come, first served. Places are limited.

Protective clothing must be worn which the Centre is happy to provide free of charge.

Minumum age is 5 years; Adults welcome. All Children under 8 years must be accompanied by an adult who is not learning to skate.

A UV Roller Disco Party will take place every second Saturday of the month. So grab your fluorescent legwarmers, your Glow in the Dark wrist bands and your neon clothing and join us for the best roller disco party around!

Themed Roller Disco Paties will take place the last Saturday of the month. Check out our facebook page for further details!

Group bookings and discounts are available upon request. Private parties are also available.

Skate hire is available but please book in advance to avoid disappoinment.

Fun gymnastics classes which increase confidence and encourage a healthy lifestyle for children!

Stars offer recreational gymnastics classes for pre-school children (2+ years) through to teens & adults, as well as selected squad gymnasts.

Available at Chanctonbury.

Netball sessions run at Chanctonbury on Thursdays evenings (term time only), which are supported by Horsham District Council & Sussex Netball and run by Level 1 & 2 England Netball Coaches.

Fun and playful yoga sessions for adults and children (8 to 16 years old ).
 
Yoga promotes flexibility and strength, relieves stress and anxiety and increases self esteem and self awareness. It also helps with emotional regulation and encourages healthy attitudes towards physical activity whilst improving balance and body awareness.
 
Classes aim to allow children and adults to be creative, express and enjoy themselves. Classes also intend to encourage healthy adult-child interactions.
