GYM1115 sessions, previously know as Junior Gym, are a fun way for young adults aged 11-15 to get active and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Have a go on the treadmills, bikes, rowers and much more with the help of our qualified instructors.

What Safety Measures Have We Put In Place?
1. All GYM 1115 sessions must be booked in advance.
2. An extra member of staff will be available to supervise the sessions whilst another fitness instructor will continue with the cleaning regime in the gym.
3. To control the number of gym users, we have put a cap on the number of attendees per session.
